My experience started with John's Interiors when I needed to redo my bedroom. I had considered driving to Hamilton or Toronto to purchase product, and installing it myself.

I am so glad that I did not.

Just prior to COVID-19, I decided to support local business, and one day while I was driving by Johns Interiors,  located in Cayuga Ontario, I stopped in. From my first interaction with the staff, and John himself, I was impressed. I have to admit, that the first time John entered my house to give me his opinion on the flooring I would choose, I was hesitant. After reflection, I purchased and had them install my floor, and returned home to a floor with trim in place in perfect condition. I was so happy.

Two years later, I had finally decided to have the flooring in my living room, hallway, kitchen, and two bathrooms, redone. I did not hesitate to call John's Interiors, and again I am so glad that I did. This time, I got to meet even more of his professional and friendly staff, including his daughter. From start to finish, the staff was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. John himself, again, attended my house on a number of occasions to give me his professional opinion on the flooring I would choose, and I was surprised and grateful that he gave me an opinion contrary to my own.  This time, I did not hesitate in my decision as I had confidence in their product and work.  Come time for installation I was very impressed with the work ethic and professionalism of the lead installation technician.  The staff worked to even out a hump in my pre-existing base floor in my hall and eliminated my previously squeaking floors.  Overall, a very happy customer, with my beautiful new flooring! I continue to be a satisfied customer. If anyone asks who I recommend do their flooring, I now refer local to John's.
